Can Live in How to Tackle a Remodel Project for your HomeDescription Workshop descriptions: How to Tackle a Remodel Project for your Home: Is your family getting too big for your existing house? Have you decided to redo your kitchen and finally get your dream space? Have you decided that it is more cost effective to add on to your house instead of moving to a new home? Interior Decorator/Artist Samantha Greenfield, owner of When Pigs Paint, shares with you advice on how to manage major home additions and renovations. She will cover everything from getting started and collecting designs and bids, to selecting those final details in the very end and everything in-between. This one night workshop is very helpful if you are planning a renovation this year of any size to your home! Return to workshop list Guess Who Is An Artist (18mo-2.5yrs): Bring your toddler to learn more about his/her creative side while sharing quality fun time together! You will be amazed at the art work that your child can produce. Projects will also be age appropriate and will be based on the seasons, as we will tie in the nature around us. Please bring an old shirt or smock. A grown-up buddy must accompany your child. Return to workshop list Creating Art Together (2-4 yrs old): Create unique projects with your child as they learn to enhance their creativity! At each class you will work with them as they create new masterpieces to bring home. Wear clothing that can get messy. Return to workshop list Mix it up for 4-6 yr olds: Come explore all type of art as we will explore multi-medium hands-on art projects such as paint, clay, painted wood, textures and colors. The class will focus on learning how to express yourself creatively as well as individually. They will come home with great masterpieces for you to cherish!Return to workshop list Arts & Crafts for Tweens (10-12yrs old): Using a wide array of materials, your tween will learn how to express his/her creative side and learn to express themselves through art! Storybook Art (3-5 yrs old): Each class we will read a favorite storybook and then create an arts & crafts project to tie in the story. For example, we will read Where the Wild Things Are and then create our own jungle with collage art. Return to workshop list Creative & Inexpensive Ways to Decorate for Kids: Looking to add some fun to your bedroom décor but don't want to spend a lot of money? Want your child's room to be whimsical yet do not have a lot of time to spend decorating it? Learn about recent trends, how to create a theme, tricks for small spaces as well as decorative ideas of things you can do with paint.Return to workshop list
